Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order yourself as the jewelry is shipped from an unknown warehouse for security reasons. However, we offer reliable and free shipping so that your order can be delivered safely and conveniently to your home.
You can return the goods to us within 30 days. To do so, send us an email to info@vielring.de with the cancellation form.
Any product except personalized items must be returned within 30 days. Please note that personalized items with engraving are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
