Measure the inside circumference of a well-fitting ring or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure its length in millimeters.

Then take the larger one. Fingers are slightly thicker in the evening and when it's warm than in the morning. If the size doesn't fit after all, you have 30 days to return it.
